For people who talk to camera

The AI editor that checks its own work.

Record yourself talking. Content OS cuts it, puts designed graphics on the words you say, masters the sound, and proves every frame before you post. If a check fails, it won't hand the video over.

What you get

A whole edit suite your coding agent runs. Ten pieces.

Record once. Get back a finished, on-brand video, a proof that it holds up, and (soon) the Shorts cut from it.

01

The cut

Dead air and retakes come out by rule, and every cut lands in a pause, so no word is clipped.

02

Graphics from your words

66 designed graphics. A number gets a numeral, a list gets a list, a name gets a tag, each on the word you say it.

03

Diagrams that build as you talk

Say the steps out loud and the diagram draws itself; what you haven't said yet stays blurred.

04

Your face, never covered

Your head is tracked and every graphic is placed around it, measured before anything renders.

05

One review board

See the whole plan, with the reason for each graphic, before a minute of rendering. Edit a word or leave a note.

06

The proof sheet

Every video comes with one page of checks. If any check fails, the video isn't delivered.

07

Sound, mastered

Sound design keyed to the graphics, then a broadcast master to the platform's loudness, no clipping.

08

Your brand, from five questions

Your references, your colours and fonts, how your face is treated, your energy, what you hate. It writes the kit.

09

Shorts for five platforms coming

Scripts written from your whole recording, cut for YouTube Shorts, TikTok, Reels, Facebook and LinkedIn.

10

Auto-posting coming

Finished videos go out to your accounts as drafts you approve, or on a schedule, without opening an app.

The proof sheet

The part no other editor can show you.

Other AI editors render, glance at a frame and hope. Every Content OS video comes with one page: what was checked, what it measured, and the limit it had to meet.

It refuses to ship

A failed check isn't a warning. The video doesn't go out.

Episode 1 was put together on 3 October, before the proof sheet existed. On 22 October we ran that exact file through it.

Refused

2 of 12 checks failed: not delivered.

  • The sound clips on phones: true peak −1.04 dBTP, ceiling −1.5.
  • Picture and sound drift apart, ending 99.3 ms out: three times the one-frame limit.

You wouldn't spot either watching once on a laptop. A viewer on a phone would hear it.

Why it looks designed, not generated

The model reads your words. Code makes every call it can measure.

Same recording, same planThe model only labels what each sentence is doing and words the text on screen. Which graphic, where and for how long is code, so a note you leave today still applies next week.
Your look, keptYour brand's rules are checked on every video, including the moves you've banned (episode 3's brand bans bounce, glow and typewriter text).
On your machineTranscription runs on-device and renders run locally. Your footage never leaves your computer unless you choose a cloud render.
In your coding agentBuilt and used every week in Claude Code, written in the open Agent Skills format other agents read. You talk to it in plain English.

Being built now

Next: Shorts written from your whole recording.

Designed and mocked on episode 3's real transcript; not built yet. Founding members get it as an update.

The Short script editor mock: a Short assembled from nine lines across the recording, each with its reason.

How it compares

Lots of tools make an edit. This one shows the edit holds up.

Who it's for

Built for people who talk to camera every week.

It's for you if

  • You record yourself talking: a weekly show, a build log, lessons, updates.
  • Your recordings sit for days because editing takes longer than filming.
  • You want it to look designed and on-brand, not AI-made.
  • You'd rather approve a plan than scrub a timeline.
  • You run more than one brand, or edit for clients.

It's not for you if

  • You want a drag-and-drop timeline. You talk to this.
  • You only edit on your phone. It runs on a computer.
  • You need it today. It opens in the coming weeks.
  • You want the most effects. We have fewer, and each one is checked.
  • Your videos are mostly b-roll or music, not someone talking.

Why I built it

I'm not an editor. I wanted my videos to look like I'd hired one.

I'm Elliott. I'm building Alexandria, and every week I record a board meeting with myself about it. Editing took longer than recording, and the AI editors I tried left every call to the model and asked me to trust it.

So I built the opposite: code makes the calls you can measure, I make the calls of taste, and nothing goes out without proof. Episode 3 was cut by it from the raw take. Episode 1, from before it existed, would have been refused.

Elliott Tong

No testimonials here yet, on purpose: nobody has bought it. The first founding members' videos and proof sheets will go on this page. Until then, judge it by mine.

Questions

Straight answers.

When does it open?

When the Shorts engine and the guided install pass the same checks episode 3 did. Weeks, not months, but there's no date until it's real. The waitlist hears first.

Will you charge me now?

No. There's no checkout on this page and no card is asked for. Joining only holds your founding price.

How does the founding price work?

The first 100 people on the waitlist get Studio at $97 instead of $149, or Series and Agency at their launch price for as long as they stay. It ends the day doors open.

Do I need to code?

No. You tell your coding agent what you want in plain English ("edit this week's episode"), approve the plan on a board, and get the video and its proof sheet.

Which coding agent does it need?

It's built and used every week in Claude Code. The skills use the open Agent Skills format that Codex, Cursor and Gemini CLI also read; we'll say which ones we've tested end to end before doors open.

What does it cost to run?

You need your own paid coding-agent plan. Rendering and transcription run on your machine at no extra cost. We'll publish the measured cost per video before doors open, rather than guess at it now.

Can't I just build this myself with Claude?

You could start. What you'd be rebuilding: 66 graphics with rules for when each fits, a frame solver that keeps text off your face, timing rules so every graphic lands on its word, sound mastering, and twelve checks that refuse a bad video. That's months of work and every episode of the Weekly Board Meeting as testing. You're paying to skip it.

Is this a course?

No. It's tools your agent runs. You won't be learning to edit.

Can I try it before I buy?

Yes, two ways. Starter is free: one brand kit, the review gates and the proof sheet on your own footage. And Studio comes with the 14-day guarantee: if the first video isn't one you'd post, you get your money back.

Does my footage leave my machine?

No. Transcription runs on-device and renders run locally by default. A cloud render is an option you switch on, never something that happens to you.

What's a proof sheet?

One page delivered with every video. It lists each check (face clear, graphics on their words, held long enough to read, loudness, clipping, sync, dead air, your brand's rules), what was measured and the limit. A check that couldn't run says "not checked" instead of pretending. If any check fails, the video isn't delivered.

Does it post for me?

Soon. Auto-posting is being built: each finished video goes to YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X and Threads as a draft you approve, or on a schedule. It arrives as an update for founding members. Nothing is ever posted without your yes.

What kind of videos does it make?

Today: 16:9 talking-head episodes with motion graphics, sound design and a mastered mix, like episode 3. Next: vertical Shorts from those episodes for five platforms.

Which languages?

English is what it's been built and tested on. The transcription engine accepts other languages; we'll test them before claiming them.

Mac or Windows?

It runs on the Mac every week. A Windows setup exists and will be tested on a home PC before doors open.

Do I get updates, and help if I'm stuck?

Studio includes 12 months of updates, and every new graphic arrives in them. Stuck? Reply to any email from us with a screenshot and you'll get an answer from Elliott.
